WWL and station owner Audacy, announced a new multi-year agreement with both the New Orleans Saints and the New Orleans Pelicans today.
Since 1995, WWL has been the flagship station for the New Orleans Saints. Under this new agreement, WWL will expand its sports broadcasting repertoire by becoming the official radio home of the New Orleans Pelicans. Along with game coverage, listeners can also tune in to pre-game and post-game shows about both the Saints and Pelicans. Additionally, there will be weekly shows dedicated solely to these two teams.

WWL Radio’s signals on AM 870 and FM 105.3 reach a broad and diverse audience across Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle. At night, WWL AM 870’s 50,000-watt signal extends to over 38 states.
