77 WABC host James Golden — perhaps better known as Bo Snerdley — is taking his weekend show into national syndication with Red Apple Audio Networks.
The James Golden Show — which airs on Saturday mornings — will now be available to a nationwide audience after being soft-launched on 24 stations, including three top 10 markets earlier this year.
“WABC Radio has given me a terrific platform and I’m excited to join Red Apple Audio Networks and interact with listeners across the U.S. again,” said Golden. “My thanks to John and Chad for their support and adding my weekend program to the Red Apple Audio Networks’ lineup.”
Best known as Bo Snerdley from his days as a producer with Rush Limbaugh, Golden also hosts a one-hour weekday show on WABC in the 4-5 PM timeslot.
“Presenting listeners with captivating, interesting programming and big-name hosts always wins, and we have seen proof of that with our growing weekend audience,” stated Red Apple Media and WABC Radio owner John Catsimatidis. “Our listeners on WABC Radio have gravitated towards the interesting programs we deliver on weekends, including The James Golden Show on Saturday mornings.”
