CNN has tabbed Joan Biskupic to serve as the network’s Chief Supreme Court Analyst.
Biskupic has covered the court for more than 25 years and has previously reported extensively on Chief Justice John Roberts. In 2015, she was a Pulitzer Prize finalist for explanatory journalism for her reporting on Supreme Court lawyers.
She joined CNN in 2017 as a full-time legal analyst. Previously, she has worked in legal and Supreme Court-focused roles at Reuters, The Washington Post, and USA Today.
She has penned several books on the Supreme Court and its current and former justices, including Roberts, Sanda Day O’Connor, Antonin Scalia, and Sonia Sotomayor, among others.
Additionally, Joan Biskupic served as a law school professor at UC Irvine in 2016 and 2017.
