WJR 760 to Debut New Weekend Show Focused on Education

The show will be hosted by Dr. Robert Livernois who spent 36 years in public education.

WJR 760 in Detroit is set to debut a new weekend show hosted by Dr. Robert Livernois that will focus on education and school-related topics.

School Talks will be heard on Sundays at 3 PM and will feature discussions with educational experts on a weekly basis.

“Education is the key to a great future for our children and WJR is proud to partner with Michigan’s top educators to help them tell their stories about the great work they do in our communities,” WJR Program Director Ann Thomas said of the new program.

Livernois spent 36 years as a classroom teacher, principal, and also worked as the Superintendent of Warren Consolidated School in Michigan. In addition to hosting a new show on WJR 760, Dr. Livernois is also an adjunct faculty member of the College of Education at Wayne State University in Detroit.

The program is slated to debut on Sunday, August 25th.
