Hope Media Group is making a series of moves within its executive management.
Tim Dukes has been named President, rising from the role of COO, which he has held since 2020. He first joined Way Media Group and stayed in his position after the merger with KSBJ/Houston, which created Hope Media Group.
Former President and CEO Joe Paulo will remain CEO. Desiree Gonzalez will move up from CFO to COO, and Shawn Hill will rise to SVP finance.

Paulo said, “Healthy things grow, and growing things change. These promotions highlight our commitment to nurturing internal talent and expanding our leadership capacity to drive continued growth and innovation for the ministry.”
