Libsyn has released its data surrounding July 2024 podcast advertising rates, which include the highest and most accessible CPM categories for marketers.
During the month, the average CPM rate for a 60-second podcast commercial was $21.90, according to Libsyn. That represents the slightest decrease from the previous month when rates averaged $21.92. It also was a drop compared to the same month a year ago when the CMP rate was $21.96.
The three highest-ranking categories for delivered podcast advertising were technology ($30), government ($26), and business ($23).
