Lotus Communications will add a fifth FM to its Fresno, CA footprint by acquiring KOKO-FM from TEG Broadcasting.
Lotus will take Old School and Throwbacks KOKO-FM (Jammin 94.3)/Kernan, CA. in exchange for Multicultural 1600 AM KGST/Fresno.
TEG purchased KOKO-FM last year for $330,000. The company has been leasing KGST from Lotus since 2022.

The Lotus Fresno group, in addition to KOKO-FM, includes Rhythmic Top 40 KSEQ (Q97.1), Regional Mexican KLBN (La Buena 101.9) Rock KKBA (Rock 105.1), and Spanish Top 40 KHIT (Exitos 107.1)
