Bill O’Reilly released a new book this week called “Confronting the Presidents: No Spin Assessments from Washington to Biden.” That has led to a NewsNation special this weekend.
In his book, O’Reilly makes a judgment on whether or not each individual president was good or bad for the country as a whole. He’ll discuss his opinions with anchor Leland Vittert in a special program called Bill O’Reilly’s Confronting the Presidents: America’s Best and Worst. That program will air on NewsNation on Sunday, September 15th at 9 PM ET.
During the special with Vittert, Bill O’Reilly will rank his five best and five worst presidents.
“There’s some surprises in the five best and five worst,” Vittert said of the special. “I think what’s most interesting about the special is that it brings — as the book does — brings these guys to life not only as historical figures but as everyday men … O’Reilly does a great job in both the special and in the special about what their daily routines look like and their relationships with their friends look like.”
In a preview of the special, Bill O’Reilly makes the argument that former President Barack Obama was a good President, which may come as a surprise to many.
“I don’t think Obama was a bad president at all. In fact, you could put him in the good category because he uplifted a portion of the population that needed to be uplifted.” He added, “I didn’t think he was damaging the country at all. Obama is the hardest working modern President.”
