‘This is Football with Kevin Clark’ to Air on ESPN2

"I don’t deserve any of this (and if you’ve ever seen my work you probably agree) but I am so grateful."

Kevin Clark will be bringing his digital show and podcast, This is Football, to linear television next Tuesday to make its debut on ESPN2. Clark joined Omaha Productions last year where he started hosting the show while also making appearances across ESPN programming. Before his new venture, he had been working with The Ringer and also had a range of professional experience reporting for newspapers and other publications. Omaha Productions has worked with ESPN on content creation and execution for the last several years, including on the award-winning presentation of Monday Night Football with Peyton and Eli, colloquially known as the ManningCast. Clark’s show will now air on ESPN2 for the first time on Tuesday, Sept. 17 at 2:30 p.m. EST.

Earlier in the year, ESPN announced a new seasonal content initiative in which podcast offerings from both companies would air on ESPN2, an opportunity to grow its audience while enhancing the overall programming lineup. Additionally, ESPN agreed to a nine-year multi-platform media rights extension with Omaha Productions that will ensure the continuation of the ManningCast and other original content creation. Several Omaha Productions programs were on site broadcasting live from Media Row at Super Bowl LVIII, including Clark’s show where he had the opportunity to interview stars of past and present, including quarterbacks Steve Young and Baker Mayfield.

“I don’t deserve any of this (and if you’ve ever seen my work you probably agree) but I am so grateful,” Clark said in a post on X announcing the news. “See you then.”
