The Twins have been a mainstay on 830 WCCO for decades. Originally debuting on the Minneapolis news/talk station when the franchise launched in 1961, the club remained on the station until 2006. In 2018, the club rejoined the Audacy Minneapolis station before 102.9 The Wolf was added as an FM simulcast in 2020.

“Audacy is thrilled to continue its long-standing partnership with the Minnesota Twins, ensuring fans across the Upper Midwest can catch every pitch of Twins baseball throughout the season and stay up-to-date on everything surrounding the team all year long,” Audacy Minneapolis Senior Vice President and Market Manager Jeff Gonsales said. “With this multi-year extension, we remain committed to giving fans multiple destinations for everything Twins and look forward to many more seasons of being the home for fans.”

“We’ve always felt as though Minnesota Twins baseball and WCCO Radio are kind of synonymous and certainly signal the best of spring and summer and hopefully in the future, back into fall baseball here in Minnesota,” added Twins President Dave St. Peter. “So we think we landed in the right place.”

830 WCCO will serve as the home of spring training, regular season, and postseason games. In addition to airing on both the AM and FM signals in Minneapolis, Twins broadcasts will be available on the Audacy app for listeners in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, western Wisconsin, and northern Iowa.
