FOX and FS1’s coverage of the 2024 MLB National League Division Series (NLDS) averaged 4.098 million viewers. This makes it the most watched League Division Series on any network since 2015. FOX Sports also reports since the launch of postseason baseball on FS1 in 2014, this is the most-watched LDS on FOX/FS1.
There were nine total games in the two series which featured the New York Mets and Philadelphia Phillies, a series won by the Mets in four games, and the San Diego Padres up against the Los Angeles Dodgers who took the series in a winner-take-all fifth game.
The series was up 63% over the ALDS through the first four games last season and was up 9% over last year’s NLDS through four games. On FOX Deportes, the 2024 NLDS averaged 169,000 viewers, up 84% over 2023 and 13% from 2022. The NLDS finished as the most-watched NLDS in Spanish language TV history.
FOX will carry the NLCS between the New York Mets and the Los Angeles Dodgers which will finish Monday Oct. 21 if the series goes the full seven games. FOX also has the World Series which will start with Game 1 on Friday Oct. 25.
