TNT Sports Reaches Multi-Year Partnership Agreement with New Women’s 3-on-3 Basketball League, Unrivaled

The league debut is scheduled for Jan. 17 and will have more than 45 primetime regular season matchups aired three nights a week across TNT Sports platforms.

TNT Sports has announced a new multi-year partnership with Unrivaled, the professional women’s 3-on-3 basketball league which will begin in 2025. The partnership will see live game coverage exclusively carried on TNT and truTV and all games will stream on Max.

The league debut is scheduled for Jan. 17 and will have more than 45 primetime regular season matchups aired three nights a week across TNT Sports platforms, with twice-weekly games on TNT as the lead network on Mondays and Fridays and additional broadcasts on truTV on Saturdays.

The league is co-founded by WNBA stars Napheesa Collier and Breanna Stewart and is said to feature 30 of the top women’s basketball players across six teams who will play what is described as a “compressed, full court style of play.”

As part of the media rights partnership, TNT Sports has agreed to invest an undisclosed amount in Unrivaled. David Levy, Co-CEO of Horizon Sports & Experiences (HS&E), and John Skipper, spearheaded the media rights negotiations. Both HS&E and Skipper have invested in the league.
