NewsNation has announced it will hold a town hall event with Republican Vice Presidential nominee Sen. JD Vance (R-OH) featuring host Chris Cuomo.
On Thursday, October 24th at 8 PM ET, Vance will take questions from prospective voters at a location in the Detroit area. The live audience will consist of Republicans, Democrats, and Independents. Questions will be focused on the top issues facing Michigan voters.
“We are honored to bring viewers a town hall with the Vice Presidential nominee for the Republican ticket,” said NewsNation President of News and Politics Cherie Grzech. “In this critical election year, the greater the number of opportunities for voters to hear directly from the candidates, the better it is for everyone.”
Following the town hall, Chris Cuomo will host a special two-hour edition of his primetime show before the town hall will re-air at 11 PM ET.
NewsNation added that it has invited Democratic Vice Presidential nominee Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN) to participate in a similar event.
