Kevin Kerr has exited as Brand Manager at 107.7 The Rocker, WRKR Kalamazoo, MI.
Kerr had been with the Townsquare cluster since April 2022. Other stops included T95, Wichita, and Stephens Media Group in Ardmore, Oklahoma.
He announced the news on his Facebook saying, “Today was my last day on WRKR in Kalamazoo, and Sunday’s Loudwire Weekends show will also be my last with them. You aren’t a real radio person unless you’ve been let go at least once, right? Absolutely no ill-will toward anybody I work with at Townsquare, especially my coworkers in Kalamazoo.
He continued that he has no plans at the present time for “what’s next,” adding “The love I’ve received since moving here has been exceptional, and this isn’t necessarily goodbye to Kalamazoo or Michigan. I just literally have no idea what’s next yet. It’s too soon for that still. BUT, I know this is an open door to do almost anything, and who knows where that could lead me.”
