On Wednesday, Salem Radio Network host Dennis Prager revealed he would be away from his nationally syndicated radio show after suffering a back injury from a fall earlier this week.
PragerU, the non-profit advocacy group and media outlet founded by the longtime conservative host, shared that its founder was in a Los Angeles hospital after falling.
“He’s resting in a local Los Angeles hospital as doctors assess treatment options,” the organization posted on social media. “We will keep you informed of his condition. In the meantime, Dennis welcomes the healing power of your prayers.”
After the revelation, many news media members took to social media to wish Dennis Prager well and shared hopes for a speedy recovery.
Jennifer Horn filled in during The Dennis Prager Show — which airs from noon to 2 PM ET — on Tuesday. 660 AM The Answer host Mark Davis hosted the nationally syndicated show on Wednesday. Davis revealed that Bob Frantz and Carl Jackson would host the show for the remainder of the week.
