Spanish Top 40 Mega 96.3 KXOL Los Angeles and Spanish Broadcasting System has postponed its annual CALIBASH concert.
In a news release, the company said, “The devastation felt by so many in Los Angeles resonates deeply in the hearts of all of us at Spanish Broadcasting System. In light of the ongoing crisis and the uncertainty that continues to affect the city, SBS has made the decision to postpone the highly anticipated CALIBASH concert event, originally scheduled for this Saturday, January 18, at the Crypto.com Arena, has been re-scheduled for Friday, March 7, 2025.”
Tickets that were purchased will be honored at the new date. The lineup announced for the show includes Maluma, Wisin, Xavi, Manuel Turizo, and Emilia.
“While this decision has been difficult, we recognize the pressing need to focus on the well-being of our community during these challenging times. SBS Los Angeles, along with Mega 96.3FM and 97.9FM La Raza, will redirect all current efforts and resources to provide support to those affected by the ongoing crisis,” the release stated.
“In addition to our immediate community relief efforts, SBS will be utilizing a percentage of the proceeds from CALIBASH to further assist and support those affected by the devastation. We are committed to making a positive impact and helping rebuild the lives of our neighbors in need.”
