“Classic Rock Live,” hosted by 93.3 WMMR Philadelphia longtime midday host Pierre Robert, is set to mark its 3,000th episode. Additionally, 97.7 KZYR Vail, Co, is picking up the show, joining 101 WRIF, Detroit.
Produced by Michigan radio veteran Steve Black, the show plays hits from a variety of classical rock artists in a two-hour weekly show. Listeners hear live songs that evoke concert experiences.
Black has producer credits with other syndicated shows, including “The Chop Shop” and “Classic Rock Live.”
Rich O’Brien, Chief Development Officer at Radio Resources, spoke of Black, saying, “It’s great to be working with a producer like Steve who has so much passion for the music, his show, and especially the listener.”
“Wish You Were There” is a show feature in which Robert details the song’s backstory while including personal concert experiences.
