“A Face For Radio?…A Difference For Your Listeners” is moderated by Clay Hunnicutt, joined by NuVoodoo Media’s Carolyn Gilbert, Leigh Jacobs, and iHeartMedia’s Gator Harrison. The webinar examines the role of personality in Country radio and listener engagement.

The research presented is an extension of what was first revealed in the CRS 2025 research project. It examines what audiences notice and expect from radio hosts.
