Ethan Skolnick and Chris Wittyngham have been officially named the new afternoon show on 790 The Ticket in Miami. The duo had been working together over the past few months on an interim basis, and produced solid ratings growth which earned them an opportunity to make the partnership permanent.
“Ethan brings credibility, humor, and a deep perspective of sports,” said Program Director Len Weiner. “Chris brings a youthful spirit to the program, but has the sports acumen of a veteran. The two have become a destination not only for Miami sports fans, but also those looking for an energetic, upbeat, and fun ride home in the afternoon.”
For over a decade, Dan Lebatard and Jon “Stugotz” Weiner anchored afternoons on The Ticket. Lebatard and Weiner moved to ESPN’s mid-morning spot in September, creating the opening for Skolnick and Wittyngham to team up.
The show airs Monday-Friday 4p-7p ET and more information about it can be found on their website by clicking here.
