Rich Zeoli: I Haven’t Been on Fox News Since Interviewing Tucker Carlson’s Biographer

Date:

Tucker Carlson biographer Chadwick Moore has been vocal about being “blacklisted” by Fox News after writing his book on the ex-communicated host. After appearing on a regular basis, Moore has not been seen on Fox News since Carlson’s departure. Now 1210 WPHT host Rich Zeoli is wondering if he’s on the same list.

Zeoli welcomed Moore to his afternoon show Monday to discuss the digital network subscription network launched by Tucker Carlson this week. The Philadelphia host asked about the success of the book, and whether or not Moore has appeared on the network since it came out.

“Are you still banned from Fox News? Or have they let you back on yet?,” Rich Zeoli questioned.

“No, I have not been welcomed back to Fox News,” Moore admitted. “Unfortunately, I don’t know if that’s ever gonna happen again. I think they’ve associated me too closely with being a Tucker acolyte.”

“Well I haven’t been back on since I’ve had you on my show,” revealed Zeoli. “Maybe it’s contagious. Maybe it’s just coincidence. I don’t know.”

The Rich Zeoli Show host then questioned Moore about Carlson’s contract, and what the launch of the Tucker Carlson Network could mean in regard to potential litigation between the cable outlet and its former host.

“He does seem to be really poking the bear with Fox because he’s still under contract. He’s still an employee of Fox News. He did nothing to violate this contract. He has — according to my sources — offered to end the contract. They keep their money, they go their own separate ways, but Fox doesn’t want to do that,” claimed Moore. “So they’ve been wanting to keep him what seems like on a leash until his contract runs out, which is a month after the next presidential election.

“So at first, when he was going on Twitter making these videos, Fox was sending cease and desist letters to Tucker. And they just decided they’re going to put those letters on Twitter, and let everyone see what Fox is up to. It seems that Fox is probably not happy he’s doing this, but the more they threatened him, I think it’s just gonna look really, really bad for them. So he seems to have them in a corner there. He looks like he’s just decided he’s gonna do his own thing and to heck with them. So that’s kind of an entertaining aspect of this whole development with the network.”

The Tucker Carlson Network is now available for subscribers. Subscriptions begin at $9 per month or $6 per month if you sign up for an annual subscription.
