So many shows do topics because they feel like they have to. Maybe the topic’s trending. Maybe it’s leading the news. But if you don’t care, listeners will notice.

Your charitable activities build a better world. Your radio show and station make a real difference.

Engage in the content of the criticism and ignore the rest – or at least take the high road. If that gets difficult, end the conversation.

If Sean Hannity is worth in the neighborhood of $25 million on radio, then Stewart would be worth a multi-million dollar flyer.

It’s a chance to show off our pop culture knowledge, embrace the top pop culture story of the year, lean into the football angle and prove to the listeners across our cities that we aren’t one-trick ponies reading Presidential polls.

Radio is teamwork. Being on a team show can be so much more fun. But certain dynamics make a team show work.  You can’t be parrots...

Ok, this is what angers me. Am I truly an angry little man?

The most cliched basic radio rule is to talk to one person, and visualize that person as you speak...it's silly because you're talking to many thousands of people and you know that.
