WGN Radio has announced a promotion for David Zaslowsky. He is the new manager and executive producer of the WGN Radio Sports Network.
Zaslowsky has been with WGN since 2016. Prior to joining the Chicago institution, he served as program director of ESPN Radio. He was also the PD at 97.9 ESPN in Hartford.
In his new role Zaslowsky will oversee affiliate relations for WGN and the 15 stations that carry the station’s broadcasts of Chicago White Sox baseball. He will also be responsible for coordinating feature content and finding ways to integrate White Sox radio personalities into WGN’s non-sports programming.
