ESPN’s Mina Kimes is joining the Los Angeles Rams’ broadcast team. She will be an analyst for the defending NFC champs’ preseason games. The announcement was made in a video on the team’s official Twitter account.
Kimes will work on all four preseason games, including the Rams’ trip to Honolulu to take on the Cowboys on August 17. She joked that while that wasn’t the only reason she said yes, getting to go to Hawaii is a nice perk.
Never one to be shy about her allegiances, ESPN viewers know that Mina Kimes is a devoted Seattle sports fan. The Seahawks jumped at the chance to have some fun with their division rival’s announcement.
The additional assignment will have no impact on Kimes continuing to host her podcast and write for ESPN.com.
