The flagship station of the Houston Texans, Entercom’s Sports Radio 610, isn’t letting a second more of the postseason go by without Texans talk. The station announced on Twitter today that it will go live 24 hours a day until the Houston Texans are no longer in the NFL Playoffs.
Currently, Sports Radio 610 runs live programming every weekday from 6 am until 11 pm. Mid day host Landry Locker took to Twitter to proclaim that he was volunteering for the station’s first late night shift of the run.
PD Armen Williams added “Coming off the most amazing Texans victory in franchise history, the city of Houston is buzzing. We’re proud to be able to feed their hunger for this franchise by talking Texans around the clock.”
610 says it will continue to deliver inside analysis on the Texans, along with NFL experts and former players. Listeners should also expect to hear about more exclusive special events to be announced this week on SportsRadio 610, leading up to Sunday’s divisional playoff game.
After rallying to defeat the Buffalo Bills in overtime Saturday, the Texans next head to Kansas City to face the Chiefs this Sunday.
