The WWE Network regularly costs $9.99 per month. That will still be the case if you want to see everything the streaming service has to offer, but if you are not a die hard fan or are simply curious about what type of content is offered, there is now a free version too.
WWE Network’s free service will offer fans the most recent episodes of Raw, NXT and Smackdown. There will also be shows like Raw Talk, Monday Night War, Ride Along and Table for 3. As an added bonus, right now the free version of WWE Network is not ad supported. That means that all of the free content is commercial-free.
“Evolving is smart and putting new offers in the marketplace stimulates consumer activity. It gives us a good fan experience,” WWE’s executive VP of advanced media, Jayar Donlan said in an exclusive interview with The Hollywood Report’s Natalie Jarvey.
As for the future of the WWE Network, CEO Vince McMahon said on an earnings call in April that the company was close to a deal to bring in a partner on the project. The economic effects of the Coronavirus pandemic has extended those negotiations.
