President Trump Ends Interview for 60 Minutes Early

President Trump will be on an upcoming interview with “60 Minutes,” but the process of conducting it seems to hit a rocky road.

According to The New York Times, the president abruptly ended his interview with Lesley Stahl at the White House as Trump became irritated with her line of questioning.

Trump reportedly spent 45 minutes with Stahl, and her crew didn’t finish the interview when aides had expected it. The Times also reported that the president declined to participate in a “walk and talk” segment with Stahl and Pence.

After the incident, the president took to Twitter, tweeting out a six-second video clip to show Stahl at the White House post-interview. The tweet included the caption “not wearing a mask in the White House after her interview with me. Much more to come,” when it came to Stahl not wearing a mask.

The episode will air on Sunday and also feature Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden, his running mate Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.), and vice president Mike Pence.
