ESPN 1000 Gives 2 Fans New Cars Thanks To White Sox No Hitter

Last week, Carlos Rondon pitched a no-hitter for the Chicago White Sox against the Cleveland Indians. Typically, when these events occur in baseball, the fans in attendance are the winners considering it’s not an everyday occurrence that a no-hitter will take place.

However, for two listeners of the White Sox flagship station, ESPN 1000, the victory was a little more substantial. They came away with 2021 NISSAN Rogues as part of its NISSAN No-Hitter Contest.

The two winners were notified of what they had won during Friday’s edition of Carmen and Jurko, the station’s mid-day show. Nonetheless, if any White Sox pitcher throws another no-hitter this season, there’s another car to give away.

“NISSAN is a powerhouse brand as well as a great partner of ours, and the WHITE SOX have some powerhouse pitching. This no-hitter will go down in history, and now two lucky ESPN 1000 fans will think about it every time they get in their new vehicle,” Good Karma Brands’ Chicago Market Manager Mike Thomas said.
