The Fox News headquarters will see its first studio guest since the coronavirus
pandemic began over a year ago when reality star and California gubernatorial
candidate Caitlyn Jenner appears on “America’s Newsroom” this Wednesday morning.
Jenner will be interviewed by co-hosts Bill Hemmer and Dana Perino, the network
announced. Jenner plans to discuss her campaign as she attempts to unseat California
Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) along with other issues.
This appearance on the network isn’t the first time that the reality star has used the Fox
News megaphone to kickstart her campaign. Recently, Jenner had a sit-down interview
with anchor Sean Hannity.
One of the topics during that interview was over illegal immigration, where Jenner stated
that she’s in favor of a wall.
“I am all for the wall. I would secure the wall,” Jenner said. “We can’t have a state; we
can’t have a country without a secure wall.”
A poll this month revealed Jenner earning little support among other Republicans who
want to replace Newsom in the recall election.
