Action Network is tied in some of the biggest leagues in American sports. It already had partnerships with Major League Baseball, the NBA, and the PGA Tour. Today, it announced a new content partnership with the NHL.
All of the league’s platforms will include content from Action Network. Fans will find written analysis of every playoff game and weekly betting videos hosted by the company’s NHL experts. Those experts will also make appearances on official NHL podcasts.
“The NHL has always been at the forefront of finding new and creative ways to serve fans,” Chad Millman, Action Network’s Chief Content Officer, said in a press release. “We’re thrilled to continue that tradition by bringing the best betting content to their platforms.”
“NHL fans are extremely passionate and have an insatiable appetite for all content surrounding the game,” Chris Golier, NHL Vice President of Business Development and Innovation, said in a statement on the league’s website. “We are excited to partner with The Action Network to deliver new sports betting content and further engagement with our fan base, especially during the Stanley Cup Semifinals and Stanley Cup Final, the most exciting time in sports. As we see more and more states legalize sports betting across the country, we’re thrilled to be creating new content for our community of NHL fans who consume our data and statistics on a daily basis.”
