2022 BSM Summit Adds 6 Participants, Full Schedule Released For Next Week’s Show

We are nine days away from reuniting the sports media industry for the 2022 BSM Summit. This is our first event since February 2020, and though it’s been a long road to get back to this point, I’m really excited about spending two days in New York City with some of the finest men and women in this business. If you haven’t bought a ticket to join us in the building, tickets are still on-sale on BSMsummit.com. However, we will stop selling live tickets to the show on Friday night February 25th, so make sure to secure your seat before time expires.

If you’re unable to join us in New York City for the conference, there is another way to enjoy it. Virtual tickets are available to watch the Summit via the conference website thanks to our friends at Nuvoodoo. If you work in the media business, and want to get smarter, this is a two day event that’s worth your time. Virtual tickets will remain available until Tuesday March 1st.

To help us inform and entertain attendees, we’ve gathered fifty five industry professionals from the biggest and best companies and brands across the country. Our full schedule of sessions, and all of our speakers are updated on BSMSummit.com. This should help everyone with finalizing plans around select sessions. Just scroll down past the speakers section, and you’ll see the itinerary for each day. Be advised that details for the Tuesday night Kickoff Party will be shared in the next few days. Stay tuned.

Included in the fifty five names are five new on-stage participants. I’m pleased to welcome back CBS Sports Radio’s Maggie Gray. Last time we held the Summit in NYC, Maggie was a panelist. This time she’ll lead a conversation on video strategy with ESPN’s Vice President of Digital Production Mike Foss, and WWE’s Vice President of Digital Media Steve Braband. Also added to our schedule is Maxx Sports and Entertainment Group President Mark Lepselter, and McVay Media President Mike McVay. I’m also looking forward to seeing my longtime friend Freddie Coleman, he’ll be one of our special guests at the ESPN After Party. More to come on that front as well, soon.

Next to take care of will be announcing the five winners of our College Contest. I’m hoping to reveal those names tomorrow. Then comes the details about our Kickoff Party, and from there, it’s on to finalizing the attendees list, and putting the finishing touches on this year’s show. Thanks all for your patience and support. Keep an eye out this week for the remaining details.
