The Really Big Show was recently voted the No. 1 Mid-Market Midday Show in the Barrett Sports Media Top 20 of 2021. Goldhammer gave Rizzo the good news on the air that day.

“To our fans, when you listen to this show we are all in this together,” said Rizzo in ESPN Cleveland’s official announcement. “We appreciate you for everything you do.”

Fans were also invited to share their memories of the show’s past 15 years by posting photos on social media. You can see some of those images in the following Twitter thread:

“It’s an absolute labor of love. Today I was able to see the broader picture of the show,” said Goldhammer. “It’s humbling and makes me so proud that The Really Big Show is one of the few constants in Cleveland sports over the past 15 years.”

Debuting in 2007, The Really Big Show eventually expanded from a two-hour program to a show appropriate for its title at four hours. It airs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET on 850 AM, and can also be heard on the ESPN and TuneIn apps. Podcasts of the show are available at The Land on Demand.
