Saturday Night Live roasted Fox News hosts Tucker Carlson and Laura Ingraham during Saturday’s opening skit.
The segment titled “Fox News Ukrainian Invasion Celebration Spectacular” captured the characters raising money for the oligarchs. Tucker Carlson was portrayed by Alex Moffat.
“We got into a little bit of trouble for all the nice things we said about Russia and the mean things we said about Ukraine,” he said.
Kate McKinnon played Laura Ingraham. “I called the president of Ukraine pathetic. He stayed and fought with his people in the war, and I called him pathetic from a news desk in Washington.”
The scene was made to take place at former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence. “Because this is Fox News, you can either send money or take out a reverse mortgage,” the Moffat played character said.
The skit also featured former President Donald Trump and martial artist Steven Seagal.
