Chris Russo is doing a lot of work for SiriusXM in the podcast space. In addition to his show Digging Up The Past, he has also been a part of a number of special projects. His latest digital venture for the company won’t require any extra work.
Earlier this week, SiriusXM launched a new podcast called Mad Dog’s Daily Bite. The show takes Russo’s opening monologue from his radio show Mad Dog Unleashed and repurposes it on a digital platform.
There couldn’t be a better time for SiriusXM to lean into content featuring Russo. Joining the weekly rotation of guests on ESPN’s First Take has raised his profile around the country. On top of that, his MLB Network show High Heat has become more relevant since the new baseball season began.
Mad Dog’s Daily Bite is designed to be short enough to be easily consumed. The show is available on all major podcast platforms making it accessible to even non-SiriusXM subscribers.
