A new podcast called Speakeasy with Rudy Gay is coming to the Bleav network. The addition of Gay means that Bleav now boasts over 150 players on its roster of hosts.
“I’ve always wanted to host my own podcast and this was the perfect time to do it my way,” said Gay. “Speakeasy serves as a platform where I can speak on my interests and connect with my fans. I am looking forward to some great conversations and bringing on a variety of special guests.”
The show will feature Rudy Gay and his guests talking about more than just the NBA. Bleav promises other sports and pop culture will play a big role in the content.
“We’re thrilled to launch Rudy’s show,” Bron Heussenstamm, CEO of Bleav, said in a press release. “He’s been an elite athlete since the moment he stepped on the court. Speakeasy enables him to bring that passion and insight for sports and entertainment to the fans.”
Rudy Gay just finished his 16th NBA season. The Utah Jazz, a team he joined at the beginning of the season, is the fifth franchise he has been a part of in his career.
