Paul Levesque Named New WWE Chief Content Officer

WWE has announced Paul Levesque, better known as former WWE champion Triple H, has been named the company’s new Chief Content Officer.

WWE is one of the most prolific producers of premium content in the world and I look forward to this amazing opportunity,” said Levesque. “Having spent my entire career in this business, I’m confident that we have the right pieces in place to continue to grow our audience and deliver for our fans around the world.”

Levesque will now be in charge of creative writing, talent relations, talent development, and live events. Since taking over as the creative director for WWE, the company has seen a 15% increase in viewership of flagship program Monday Night Raw. He will report directly to WWE co-CEO Nick Khan.

One of the most successful wrestlers in WWE history, Levesque has worked in the company’s front office since 2010. He is married to WWE chairwoman and co-CEO Stephanie McMahon.

The company also announced the promotion of Frank A. Riddick III as President and Chief Financial Officer.

“We are excited to announce expanded roles for Paul and Frank, which will enhance WWE’s ability to create premium content for our partners around the world and, ultimately, drive our business forward,” said McMahon and Khan.
