Keith Olbermann is going after his former employer MSNBC. On Tuesday, the podcaster specifically went after host Andrea Mitchell, who recently interviewed Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi.
Olbermann ripped Mitchell for her preparation and how she conducted the interview with Pelosi as the two discussed abortion rights. Additionally, he called for her to retire.
With the midterm elections around the corner and the aftermath of Roe v. Wade being overturned this past summer and abortion rights handed back to the states, many will be heading to the polls with this issue in mind.
“As the guy who put @msnbc on the map, I’d like to apologize to @SpeakerPelosi for the fact that @AndreaMitchell no longer understands Biden couldn’t “push” to get 10 GOP VOTES to codify Roe,” Olbermann tweeted Tuesday. “And I apologize to the viewers for Andrea. She needs to retire.”
The former MSNBC host recently went after NBC News president Cesar Conde after reporter Dasha Burns had her comments regarding John Fetterman cited by Fox News host Tucker Carlson.
“Congrats @cesarconde_ – you’ve managed to destroy @nbcnews in barely a year,” Olbermann said on Twitter.
