A 5.1 magnitude earthquake hit near San Jose late Tuesday morning, and it happened while UFC legend Daniel Cormier and former NFL star Ryan Clark will recording their DC & RC Show podcast for ESPN.
“Oh my, God. Ryan, there’s an earthquake. There’s an actual earthquake going on right now. My whole office is shaking… an earthquake is happening,” Cormier said while his camera shook.
“Shut the hell up! Oh my god!,” Clark shouted. “Are you good man?”
“I’m good. It’s not a big one, it’s a little one,” Cormier said. “Every now and then you kinda get the rockies. You get the rockies. I don’t like that. My office was shaking, bro. It’s so weird for someone from Louisiana where the earth never shakes.”
Cormier wasn’t the only Bay Area sports personality reacting to the earthquake. 95.7 The Game’s Willard & Dibs were also on the air, but said they didn’t feel any of the affects.
