The midterm elections are on Tuesday, Nov. 8, and although there will be voters siding with their political party, others will be split-ticket, looking at the candidate rather than the party, resulting in NBC News’ Dasha Burns talking with these voters.
Burns’ piece spotlighted how these voters can tilt the election in certain candidates’ favor and this type of news media coverage that syndicated radio host Dana Loesch lacks from outlets.
“A distinction that many in media are missing as they examine voter behavior,” Loesch said Wednesday on Twitter. “Smart insight here from @DashaBurns.”
Despite Burns working for NBC News, Loesch has recently praised her reporting. Burns was at the forefront as she informed that US Senate candidate John Fetterman (D-PA) was struggling to comprehend small talk conversation.
After Burns’ report, Fetterman’s wife demanded an apology from NBC News, leading Loesch to say she was attacking the free press and actions such as those shouldn’t be tolerated.
