On Thursday, there was another mass exodus of exits at Twitter as many workers rejected Elon Musk’s terms for staying with the company, choosing instead to depart.
Musk presented an ultimatum to commit to working in an “extremely hardcore” style at the company or leave, with a good portion opting to exit the social media platform.
Twitter staffers began posting the salute emoji, signaling that someone was exiting the company. Although, as news broke, there was plenty of reaction to the future of the social media platform as the #RIPTwitter began trending.
