Personal news! I'm part of the @CNN layoffs. I'll keep working until early March. After that? A much needed break to recharge after 21+ years! I feel awful for my amazing colleagues who are losing their jobs. But don't cry for me. I'll be fine. Now it's time to get back to work!

i was laid off from @CNN today (and i'm not the only one). i'm devastated; i loved my job. i was CNN's only AI reporter, and the *last remaining* CNN Digital reporter in the San Francisco Bay Area. i'm taking a beat to breathe, but i'll be looking for a new reporting job ASAP.

I just read of all the layoffs at @CNN and of course it is very tough w/ holidays approaching..any laid off producers should contact me…I might be able to help them get new jobs..
