Sport Science Returning to TV, Network to Be Announced

Sport Science is returning to television, with the network yet to be announced.

According to a tweet from John BrenkusSport Science host and executive producer — the show is returning, but it will not be on ESPN. Brenkus made the tweet after Awful Announcing joked that the show needed to explain ESPN NFL analyst Booger McFarland’s claim that he used to take shots of whiskey on the sidelines during cold games to stay warm, saying a “big announcement” about the show’s future was coming.

Sport Science originally aired on FOX Sports Network from 2007-2009. It then migrated to ESPN, which turned the brand into segments on SportsCenter.
