Jeff Ward has returned to the Austin airwaves with a new show debuting on ESPN 102.7 Austin.
Ward was a longtime news/talk host in the city at 590/99.7 KLBJ, and also hosted a digital show for the streaming channel of the Austin American-Statesman.
The Jeff Ward Show will air from 11:00 AM-2:00 PM in the Texas capital. Ward describes his style as “barstool for thousands”. Ward launched a podcast with the same name in June of 2021 and reached more than 450,000 downloads in its first year.

Ward is a former captain of the University of Texas football team and also works at the university as an adjunct professor.
