Less than a week after announcing that he was done at ESPN, Taylor Twellman has a new home. The former USMNT forward is one of the eighteen broadcasters that Apple has hired to call MLS matches when the tech giant’s Apple TV+ begins streaming all of the league’s matches.
MLS Season Pass launches in February on the streaming platform. On Tuesday, Apple revealed a list that included ten match analysts, five play-by-play voices, and three studio hosts.

The inclusion of Liam McHugh’s name on that final list may be a surprise to some. Prior to starting his broadcasting career, McHugh was a member of the men’s soccer team at the University of Buffalo.
Apple is charging $14.99 per month for MLS Season Pass. There is a discount for Apple TV+ subscribers. All matches will be carried with both English and Spanish language calls.
