FOX Weather’s President, Sharri Berg, has revealed that the ad-supported streaming TV (“FAST”) weather service offered by FOX News Media is now available on Optimum, Spectrum, and LG Channels as part of its expanded distribution. In a news release, Berg expressed her pride in America’s Weather Team for continuing to expand their best-in-class weather service and making FOX Weather a destination for viewers across many significant providers.
Spectrum subscribers can watch FOX Weather through its Spectrum Select Package on channel 217, which may vary depending on the area. Additionally, FOX Weather is available on LG Channels, a free streaming service exclusively offered by LG Electronics USA. Users of LG Smart TVs can access FOX Weather on channel 148 through the LG Channels home app within the Electronic Program Guide.
Since its launch in October 2021, FOX Weather has added many distribution partners including Verizon Fios, The Roku Channel, fuboTV, YouTube TV, Amazon News, DIRECTV STREAM, Xumo Play, WOW! Vidgo, TuneIn, and Plex. The service remains available via simulcast on FOX Business Network on weekend mornings and through FOX Television Station Diginets in top markets such as New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago.
FOX Weather’s expansion to these new distribution partners allows viewers in more areas to access its weather service. FOX Weather continues to add to its distribution partners to ensure broader access to its quality weather service, which includes real-time weather updates, radar maps, and live coverage of severe weather events.
