A new program launched by Good Karma Brands will give two recent college grads their first big boy or big girl radio jobs and allow them to learn as much as possible about the industry.
The Start in BD Program will give whoever is selected 24 months to plant their radio roots in a popular starting spot for many Good Karma Brands hosts – Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, which also happens to be where the company was founded.
The program will afford the selected candidates the opportunity to work full-time and create content on the air. Additionally, those selected will soak up all they can in other areas like marketing, sales and community events.
After two years, the persons selected will be up for a chance to be permanently placed at one of Good Karma Brands’ markets across the nation.
