Chris Plante Considering Adding Podcast to Already Busy Schedule

During his three-hour program on WMAL, syndicated radio host Chris Plante mentioned that he’s thought about adding an extra hour of content exclusively for podcasts. He brought up the idea while reading listener emails on air.

A few months back, Chris Plante expanded his schedule by taking on TV duties with his new show on Newsmax called Chris Plante: The Right Squad. The program features veteran anchor Jenn Pellegrino and three other recurring panelists.

“Tuesdays and Thursdays, I do quick video clips of the radio that I post on various social media platforms,” said Plante. “Now, I’m doing a television show at night. We have not gotten to the point where I am doing a separate one-hour podcast.”

Plante mentioned Dan Bongino’s successful podcast. Bongino hosts a syndicated radio program in Chicago and Washington D.C., which follows The Chris Plante Show. Bongino also provides exclusive content through his podcast that draws in millions of additional listeners.

“Certainly, it is something that is discussed and in the hopper,” Plante said, referring to the possibility of producing an additional hour of his show for podcast listeners.
