According to Chris Stigall, Fox News lost its credibility after settling a significant defamation lawsuit with Dominion Voting Systems. In response to the settlement, the network terminated its top-rated host, Tucker Carlson.
During a segment on Jesse Watters Primetime, Watters discussed election integrity and the possible implication of legal action against former President Donald Trump a year removed from another election.
“I hate bringing this up because I don’t have anything against Jesse Watters,” Stigall said.
Stigall pointed out that Fox News refused to air interviews that may have revealed new information about the Jan. 6th riots.
“I would just remind Jesse [Watters] that Fox News fired its biggest star,” he said. “I hate bringing this up because I like Jesse Watters.”
Stigall said Tucker Carlson produced an interview with Former Capitol Police Chief Steven Sund that never aired. Stigall added that Trump is suing the network for not airing the interview.
“Tucker just said recently in an interview with Russell Brand that his interview with Sund was jaw-dropping,” he said. “As far as he knows, Fox News owns it but won’t air it or allow it to be aired.”
“This isn’t just Jack Smith folks; this is Fox News,” Chris Stigall added regarding suppression of information.
