77 WABC host Sid Rosenberg announced that former President Donald Trump will appear on his morning show this Friday.
Trump is currently facing indictments in multiple states, and just last week, he was booked into jail in Fulton County, Georgia, on charges of election interference. A mug shot was released following his booking.
Trump’s camp says they have raised over $20 million since that photo was released.
“That’s my guy,” said Rosenberg on Wednesday. “So, Donald Trump will be here on Friday morning. On Saturday morning, I got a text from his daughter-in-law, Lara, saying, ‘My father-in-law is excited that he’s coming back on.”
Rosenberg went on to say that he was planning on scripting some of his questions but that he wouldn’t advance those questions to Trump or his audience.
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis has requested an expedited trial date of October 23, 2023, for all 19 defendants in the racketeering case against former President Donald Trump.
Trump last appeared with Sid Rosenberg on 77 WABC in May. At that time, Trump talked about election integrity, COVID-19, and his potential return to the White House.
