FOX Nation’s fifth annual Patriot Awards, dedicated to celebrating America’s everyday heroes and honoring the nation’s patriots, is making its way to the renowned Music City, marking a departure from previous locations.
The awards will be held for the first time in the heart of country music, with Pete Hegseth hosting the event on November 16 at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, Tennessee.
Despite the change in venue, the awards’ primary mission remains the same: to give deserving American heroes the recognition they rightfully deserve.
“Nashville secured the spotlight this time. This is our inaugural visit, and we’ve chosen the historic Grand Ole Opry, a significant country music venue. Notably, the Grand Ole Opry has a smaller seating capacity compared to our previous Florida venue, so if you’re interested in attending, secure your tickets promptly. They’re already selling rapidly, with early notification sign-ups being quickly claimed,” Hegseth remarked on Outnumbered.
During the 2023 ceremonies, recipients from six distinct categories will take the stage to receive their trophies in recognition of their exceptional patriotism.
The award categories comprise “Most Valuable Patriot,” “Back the Blue,” “Salute to Service,” “Young Patriot,” “Courage,” and the “T2T Stephen Siller Patriot Award.”
“I’ve had the opportunity to witness some of the individuals who will be nominated and recognized this year. Much like in previous years, it’s truly astonishing. These are everyday individuals who perform extraordinary deeds without seeking the limelight. That’s precisely the essence of the Patriot Awards,” Hegseth emphasized.
Awards such as “Most Valuable Patriot” and “Young Patriot” pay tribute to ordinary men, women, and children whose contributions have saved lives, inspired others, and positively transformed the nation.
FOX Nation’s “Back the Blue” award returns for the third consecutive year to acknowledge the exceptional sacrifices and calls to action made by a U.S. law enforcement officer.
The “Salute to Service” Patriot Award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated outstanding dedication to honoring the men and women who have served in the military. Recipients in this category are deeply involved in philanthropic efforts that support veterans and aim to instigate positive change in their lives.
