Salem Radio Network host Mike Gallagher will host a two-hour special broadcast after the network’s involvement in the third 2024 Republican Presidential primary debate Wednesday.
Salem is partnering with NBC News for coverage of the third debate, which will take place tonight from Miami.
The network’s Hugh Hewitt will be one of three moderators for the event. He’ll be joined by NBC News anchors Kristen Welker and Lester Holt.
Gallagher hosted his nationally syndicated radio show from the “spin room” at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County Wednesday. He’ll host the special broadcast from the same location, which will also air on Salem News Channel.
Salem’s partnership with NBC News has come under scrutiny from some media members, who accosted the network for partnering with the conservative radio group. Former cable news host Keith Olbermann took issue with the pairing, arguing that MSNBC host Rachel Maddow should lead a protest against the partnership.
